I have contacted v kempton over 20 times to ask for your contact details. I have had money removed from my account by hotel Olden- I had a miscarriage this week that prevented me from traveling to the hotel.
Before I had even arrived £4,000 was removed by hotel Olden, after contacting them and letting them know I cannot make it-they remove 2,000 Swiss francs from my account for the night I couldn't come.
I am absolutely shattered - tired of dealing with this- I just want my money back please.
2,042 Swiss francs - £1,600 has been taken from my bank account.
I want my money back instantly. I have tried very hard and this is simply unjust. I al not rich and I am a student with a child. This is extremely unfair what you are doing. I am also sick and unwell.
