Nancy sent a message to Marvin R. Ellison – President of J. C. Penney Company Inc.- email address that said:
Mr. Ellison my name is Nancy, On 12/29/2016 I order to coats for two of my nieces.
I never receive a e-mail as to when they would be shipped to your Moreno Valley store. I was told by your 1-800 number both coats were in stock. On 01/05/2016, I contact your 1-800 number, I was told that one of the coat was in but the coat Rothschild Irridscen Lilac was not in they did not know when it would be in that did not have a tracking number for it. I ask to speak to the manager Christine. She told me that the coat was shipped but could not give a date or what date they would have it in the MV store.
This was the worst experience in my life. I will never purchase anything else from JC. I told her I wanted to cancel the item and Christine told me I could not I had to wait until it came into the store.
