Hello Sir,
Today evening 6:18 PM called to your service centre yati automobiles but not yet service in byke.
Continue i am giving the mail also call to customer care but always no any better response.
1 I am suffering about this byke from purchase date.
2 Always this byke pending in the service centre for the service.
3 20 times i have informed to you regarding the engine over heating and making noise issue, but issue not resolved yet.
4 In first time i have also contacted to you area sales manager Di Prasad but issue not resolved and he has not help me better.
5 In previous time you technician came from kolkata regarding solve the issue (Over heat and noise) that time issue not resolved also he has know me how to drive this byke due to i am not driving the rough.
6 This byke is to moved in 4 service centre for the service but his issue not resolved yet.
7 Now this byke is not getting start, so, What is doing you management team or technical team,
Am i made always informed you are not giving proper result.
So, Plz exclate to ceo site other wise i will do the case in labor court whith mentioned fir yamaha is not giving me proper service.
This service is not acceptable as late plz replace my byke.
