Loretta sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
I have several Promotional Purchases on my paypal credit account, that I have paid for on or before their due date. On 10/10/16 I paid: 200.92 Ck#1267, I paid the 6.99 with Ck#1268. I called and was told that these checks are not applied to specific amounts unless I would specify what I want paid with these amounts. These were two separate checks and I wrote on the checks what to apply them to, I am an elderly lady and perhaps this is not a very clear explanation. Sorry.
