Dear Mr. Hirai,
MY name is Jesse and I am a 32 year old single mother to an amazing little 7 year old boy. I have recently fell onto some very difficult times. I had to leave my job to care for my very ill mother who is only 58 years old and is only declining. I have been a faithful and loyal customer of Sony for more years than I can count. Every camera that my family has ever had has been a Sony including numerous other electronics in the household. I am writing to you because I am hoping that you could find it in your heart to help my family. We want to capture the best parts of our family, the highs and lows, but our video camera has recently crashed and now I am at a loss. At the present time I am unable to afford a new one. I am really hoping that you could find it in your heart to please help my family out. It would be beyond greatly appreciated. I Do not like to ask for help but I do not know where else to turn, so I figured what could I lose by contacting you. It is also a little embarrassing having to ask for help at 32 years old, but on behalf of my family I am trying to figure out a way to make it.
