Your company did some lab work for me at the request of my physician. I provided my Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois Group Number TWICE. Once again I have received a letter from LCA Collections stating there is no excuse for failing to resolve my account. The problem is that your company has fucking morons working in the accounts receivable department. If I continue to receive bills from your company or determine that your company has damaged my credit, my attorney will sue your company for damages plus fees. Please instruct your morons to get this handled. If your company can\t get its billings correct, how can I trust the results of tests?
