Mr. King you may not remember me but you helped me several years ago after – Kelly S King email address

Carla sent a message to Kelly S. King – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BBT Corporation – Email Address that said:

Mr. King you may not remember me but you helped me several years ago after BT made a mistake on my behalf regarding a deposit during a holiday weekend. Although, it took me a year before I was able to get in touch with your office personally , you had the matter taken care of that very day December 31st. It may. It have been a major deal to you but I don't know what would have happened to my family and I if you and your executive offices had brushed me off to someone else. Oh e reiterated this because I need to bother you again because of the urgent nature of my situation. I have a chronic illness due to an accident several years ago , called fibromyalgia. Although I'm on a fixed disability income it stems from my several years as a marketing/ sales director in the telecommunications industry. My father died this summer and my 5 year old grandson daughter is living with me out of necessity. Funeral expenses and cost of living have fir ed me to have to request an increase in the line if credit you set up for me I jay it automatically but right now I need an increase to at least $1750 if you can. I would really like and need a consolidated loan of $5000, the payment which would automatically be deducted every 3 rd of the month like the line of credit. Although my monthly income can make a$100-$175 payment no problem if I ant get either my eletricity is subject to cut off now.
Sorry to bother you with this but thank you for looking into the matter. I've been a BBT customer fir over 17 years but I'm by no means a customer with several hundred thousand dollars in the bank. The accident robbed me of that. Thanks again. This is just a dire and humiliating situation for me.
