Nordstrom FAN to NEVER Nordstrom again
Peter - Your company has lost what it was known for (Customer Delight) - you probably sold that to your neighbor Amazon.
I have been a big Nordstrom fan and have been making all my purchases only at Nordstrom but you guys are taking so lightly an order fulfillment miss and giving a casual excuse that it was a popular item and there was a lot of traffic in the website....
Do you people know of Zappos.com where there is never a mismatch between inventory and website and do you guy match the traffic of Amazon.
I though you would be the only brick-and-mortor that will survive but I don't think so anymore....
