I have a credit that is very long over due. Whenever I try and call I have to wait to talk to someone at least 30 mins. I ordered an Airline Approved sky-max Collapsible pet Carrier First order That one came used with gum on it , smelled of cigarettes. I returned to the Duluth Minnesota store they ordered me another one didn't arrive in Orlando Florida in time for me and puppy to fly home, so that one went back to the receiving on 12/20/2016 I first started this order on 12/4/2016. That's how long this has been going on. To sum this up, I'm tired of telling this story over and over again, probably 7 time's. it's now Jan 13th 2017 an My visa is still waiting for my credit of $35.54. You'd think I was asking for $10,000 my god. bed bathbeyond used to be one of my favorite stores. Now I won't be shopping there. It is absolutely ridiculous. They have had the one Carrier back on 12/9/2016 and the other on 12/20 /2016 and yet I have to literally beg for $35.54.
