Dozier sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge – Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. – Email Address that said:
I would really like to see the prices a lot less than they are. Many people such as myself have limited income and health issues where as we cannot afford to have our services disconnected. The service is ok sometimes, but there are many outages, channels that are duplicated with the same movies on the, there are many latino channels and I am not even that, so I feel that we should have the option to delete the channels that we do not use and the prices should be lower. We are being overcharged and it is not fair. I watched Claire McCaskill discussing the issues with Charter services and it is a disgrace the way that the clients are being treated. When I started with Charter many years ago, it was amazing and reasonable. Now I can barely keep my services on. As you can see, I am a very dissatisfied customer and am seriously considering changing my cable provider from Charter. Also, when are the customers supposed to expect the free cable for a year and refunds for being overcharged? And i would also like to complain about when you disconnect the cable service the customers don't have any contact with the outside meaning that the customers can't listen or WATCH the NEWS or WEATHER AND I THINK THAT IT'S TIME TO CHANGE THAT BECAUSE IT'S TO MUCH GOING ON IN THE WORLD!!!! o AM VERY DISSATISFIED AND WILL BE CONTACTING THE CEO ABOUT THIS BECAUSE IT IS UNFAIR TO DEDICATED LONG TIME CUSTOMERS AND RIDICULOUS. Thank you so much for this survey and for allowing me to express my opinion, although I really feel that no one will actually read this because no one really cares anymore . Remember without the dedicated customers, your company would be as successful as it it. Thank you for your time.
