Christina sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge – Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. – Email Address that said:
Mr. Rutledge,
My apologies for having to bother you with a problem I should be able to resolve. The situation is that our community, Carson Plaza has a business account. About a year ago Charter came and went apartment by apartment and assigned a box for each apartment. We were left with a box of extras should we need them.
One of the challenges is that when one of our residents upgrades, the tech from Charter will take our box, the resident leaves and the upgraded box is taken back to Charter and we do not get our box back.
A couple of months ago we had some residents moving in and I was attempting to get them set up with their cable and I was told that several of the boxes I tried did not belong to our community. I was further told that I had to return all of the boxes that had been left as "extra boxes", that I would need to speak with my sales representative, which when they looked it up, we don't have one assigned.
I called for help in setting up a box for a new resident and I got a tech with MAJOR ATTITUDE, I hope he never comes to this community again. He is telling me what he can't do and how I have messed things up here.
Apparently, we still do not have a sales representative, we don't have extra boxes and I get to call and spend time asking for help because this person here, right now will NOT help another resident until I call and "follow the protocol".
If I sound frustrated, I am. Please ask someone to look at all of the calls I have made, listen to the people who are great at helping and the ones who need more training, including the man who was here today.
Sincerely,
Tina
