Good evening, my name is Dyana. I am a regular customer at the Family Dollar store  in Brusly, La 70719. On Thursday January 19, 2017 I visited your store at approximately 6:30 pm with my sister. We were approached by an employee Nathan. Mr. Williams followed both me and my sister outside the store and proceeded to harass us, calling us names and cursing us out. I spoke to a Gregory on Friday January 20, 2017 in your customer service center to advise him of what happend. He informed me that he would take care of the situation and he would have the District Manager to contact me. As of Friday January 20, 2017 5:30pm CT, I have not heard from the District Manager. The store does cameras and should show where Mr. Williams followed us out the store. I'm bringing it to your attention as the CEO of the Family Dollar because I don't appreciate the way we were harassed. The store is convenient for both me and my family. We visit the store at least 4 times or more a week. We have been loyal customers to the store since its opening, and we spend lots of money at the store. As a result of Mr. Williams behavior my family and I can no longer shop at that location. We consider it unsafe and unprofessional because of Mr. Williams actions. I am going to advise family and friends that the Family Dollar store in Brusly, La is not a safe place to shop because of his behavior.
