The Renault Duster I have bought in late 2014 is repeatedly having an isssue with CLUCH( Gear box).It has suddenly given away and I have got it replaced on two occasions. Now,its again broke away for the third time just three months after the second repair.
Its really unfortunate and sorry state of affairs to have such a poor quality of repair work done in India.
I genuinely doubt the credibility of the repair work done and also feel I am unfortunate to have got a defective model. The car also had a major Air Conditioner issue .
I am a highly placed professional doctor here.The local authorities here are giving lay excuses and are forcing me to pay again for the repair(third time). Its not about money,but is this the quality Renault is providing in India?
I am forced to bring to ur kind notice some hard truth and realities of service centers in India. Many of the occasions ,the spare parts are refurbished or not original Renault. They procure original Renault spare parts ,however repair the cars with duplicate ones and sell the original ones to outside vendors. Unforunately, I am the victim of a defective piece and also defective repair with poor quality spare parts.
The very purpose we buy Renault is for the quality and honesty and the same is defeated with this non professional sales and service.
I sincerely request you to look into my case and please help me to get justice.
