I am a walmart customer. I bought an item. Item everstart Jump for $34.88. The item – Doug McMillon email address

Majdi  sent a message to Doug McMillon – President and Chief Executive Officer of Walmart Stores, Inc. – Email Address that said:

I am a walmart customer. I bought an item. Item everstart Jump for $34.88. The item doesn't work any more for the past month trying to see who cover it after the ninety days. No one was able to find out the address or phone number for everstart. I was given this numbers, and both numbers only handle the battery but not the charger. I have no choice but to dispute this charge with the credit card since Walmart.com and Corporate office two supervisor were unable to handle this matter and reference number. Please advise what to do next otherwise I will start the dispute.
