My wife and I have been trying to resolve an issue with Metlife now for six (6) months. We have sent numerous emails to your Steven in customer relations. We have been getting nothing but excuses, delays and empty promises. We need your help. We have filed complaints with FINRA, SEC and the Florida Office of Financial Regulation.
