Sorry to bother you. I have some problem in my paid premium ad in sulekha and in this regards have already contacted to the customer support but nobody caring to give the reply. Can you please help me?
I am a paid member for my ad Multicare Homeopathy. I have paid for 1 year on the month of october. But it is showing to renew again. The paid member batch is also not coming above my ad. I am not getting adequate leads. I contacted to the local (Bhubaneswar) sulekha representative, but he told already left job.
My concern is to get all leads what ever query coming under homeopathy or homeopathic. Eg- homeopathy / homeopathic treatment for asthma in bhubaneswar or homeopathy / homeopathic doctor in bhubaneswar. But as I found only the key word homeopathy is accepting for search but if anybody gives homeopathic word its not coming for my ad. So please let fix all those problems.
