Angel sent a message to Steve Easterbrook- CEO of McDonald’s – email address that said:
I have sent NUMEROUS email to the Mt. Zion Illinois location. I would love for you to see them. I am completely furious. They said my email would be forwarded to corporate. I received a letter yesterday with .30 inside for the mayo I didn't get. You would be shocked at the employees that work there, managers behavior and the stores cleanliness. 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong. They speak like they are from the hood. It's completely disgusting and this letter was the last straw. I have a copy if you care to see it. If you are anything like this store you couldn't care less. Go ahead and take a look at their facebook page. I not the only one who hates being treated to like shit or the only one who likes to get what they pay for. This is a poor excuse for a business. It needs shut down. Everyone who works there is an idiot. Thanks. I still deciding on what to do with the .30 and response from them. It seems unethical. Someone should pay for this smartass letter. Who runs a business this way?
