Amanda west (travis) sent a message to Dan Schulman - President and CEO of PayPal - Email Address that said:
I made a purchase through Facebook from blitzgear. That company goes through PayPal for payments. I did not log in to PayPal to make purchase. They have taken my money and not sent product I ordered. I have emailed 4 times and get no response. I log into my PayPal account and the purchase does not show up. Who exactly do I report this too? And how in the heck am I supposed to get my money back? Im trying to stay calm but Im getting pretty darn upset over the fact that I can not get a real person on the phone from either paypal, blitzgear or facebook! This needs to be addressed!
