Mr. Foss: On 12/21/16 we ordered and paid for 2 season passes for the Ms. Dixie at Zephyr Cove, Lake Tahoe. I have called at least 5 times to find out why we as yet have not received our passes. Each time I was told that we should be getting them at any time and/or someone will call me back to let me know if and when they might be sent. Nothing but promises. I am hoping that by contacting you maybe you can get this simple problem fixed. Obviously the office personnel cant.
