Mr. Creed
It is with grate regret that I have to write to you regarding such an small issue. We ordered KFC for dinner tonight, the person who took the order informed us there is a special with 16 piece of chicken for 16 dollars plus delivery and tax so we went ahead with the order requesting that at least 3 drum sticks, to our surprise we received 6 pieces of chicken with only one drum stick. So we called back to complain about the wrong order and were transferred to the store which hung up the phone. I decided to call your customer service which although they tried to look helpful were absolutely un-helpful, their best course of action was to refer the case back to the store.
I am not sure if you are aware of this however I cannot help to wonder if you and your organization feel any responsibility towards your customers or as long as they pay the money the rest does not matter.
if yourself or any of your employees are interested in further investigating this matter the store is located at 636 Bloor St. West and their phone number is 416-532-6172. My complaint reference number is 11028409 and I spoke to Bunni and her manager Corey in your customer service department. Corey informed me he is the top manager in customer service and reports to HR department when I asked to speak with his manager, refused to transfer me to his manager, refused to provide any contact information for head office other than the KFC Head Office address.
My last question is why there are no phone number or email address available for those who are not satisfied with the customer service response or lack there of and would like to bring their complaint to corporate attention?
Please feel free to contact me regarding this issue at any time.
