Mr. McMillon I am a tech in the Lenoir NC Walmart I have just found out that the techs are now gonna be required to stay an hr after closing time . This is all good but the problem is we can extend our time but we do not have the adequate staffing for our department I have had to tell many customers that I have a 3 hr wait and so there for I am loosing business for the company. I think as an employee and a stock holder I think that loosing sales on a continual basis is extremely bad customer service.
