Gary - I hope you are well. Just wanted to share where SWA fell short.
My intl res. (now 3GQ6DX) was given the same confirm. # as another persons domestic res. I discovered and spent 1 hr. plus trying to correct SWAs error. I asked for consideration for SWA to include Early Bird booking as part of the new res. and was denied. Rep. suggested I spend more time the next day discussing this req. with cust. serv. . This would have been a nice gesture given the amount of time I spent on a Sunday correcting SWAs error. Regard, John Sabine
