Dear Mr. Carmichael,
I have an account with your bank. I had a previous business account with your institution many years ago that went well, so when I needed to open an account recently I decided to go back with your organization.

On Friday, February 3, 2017, I transferred $780 from my 5/3 account to my wifes Chase account using the Pop Money system. It stated that it would be debited the next business day, which I assumed would be that Friday, because I made the transfer around 8 am or by no later Monday and be in my wifes account by Monday or no later than Tuesday. My wife set up some bills to come out by Tuesday, February 7. Those bills have come out and put my wifes account in the negative, because the $780 that I transferred Friday morning is not in the account.

I am not very happy about this. Your bank is about to lose me as a customer if we can not get this money into her account by 11pm tonight, 2/7/2017. Im not sure in todays world why it would take this long to get from my account, because the money has been taken out and into my wifes account. I spent 2 hours this morning talking from your customer service to this Pop Moneys customer service to no satisfaction.

Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.
