Last August without notice Citibank (our beloved mortgage company) sold us to Nation Star Mortgage (the devil).
\\Nothing but problems..they are such a fraud and we dearly miss Citibank.. We were never late with a payment but now with Nationstar, they claim we are behind when we are not,,,the phone calls, stress is overwhelming. They cannot even process a payment over the phone without error !
