My husband and I have been AARP members for many years. We have three vehicles insured by the Hartford.
I have been attempting to reach someone for hours today who can handle our complaint with care and understanding. We had a couple of phone calls this morning to the Hartford and we were not able to find anyone who could handle our issue or frankly understood what we are requesting. There has been a serious problem since 12/8/16 when I faxed a letter to the Hartford about the problem with NO response from the Hartford!
Please contact me ASAP so that my husband and I can get on with our lives. We are considering leaving the Hartford because of the lack of care shown towards us as well as all the time we have put into this problem with little help. We are in our 70s, my husband is mentally and physically disabled, has PTSD from the military, etc. Thank you for your help.
