I hope you are well.
Next month we lose one of the most important flight routes between London and the north west of Ireland, the LDY to STN route.
A lot of us use this route weekly and allows us to work in London and still have family time back home in Ireland.
It was a great asset when my dad was dying of cancer, and allowed me to travel home regularly without having to give up my job in London. And the same now with my mum having chemotherapy, I can still travel back to Donegal regularly and still work in London.
Is there anything we can do to try and get this route to remain? We all dont mind paying extra for the flights, its just s fantastic to be able to fly into Derry and be so close to home.
Please Please Please have a think and allow us to be close to home.
