Hello Mr. Swedish I am writing to you to let you know that Anthem is denying my 15 year old son surgery for Tonsilectomy and Adenoidectomy the surgery was scheduled for Feb 8, 2017 and had to be cancelled. My son has been in the hospital e.r. multiple times for this chronic condition, multiple antibiotics, steroids, IV hydration, the documentation is there and whoever your medical director is has no problem denying my son son the care he needs. My 15 year old son needs his surgery now and I dont appreciate him being denied the care and surgery he needs. If my son dies do to these chronic conditions because he is being denied the surgery he needs by Anthem I will sue the company . Insurance companies DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO SAY WHO LIVES OR DIES BECAUSE THEY WANT TO DENY PEOPLE THE MEDICAL CARE/SURGERIES NEEDED.
