I have been trying to get answers through your customer service for TWO Weeks!!! After the absolutely ridiculously long holds the customer service team is uneducated and untrustworthy!!! They know nothing! If they dont want to help find and answer for you they will just transfer you to someone who cant help you or just hang up on you!!!! I have also spoken to a manager who I have been waiting a total of 6 days now to contact me back to help resolve the issues I am having! This company is a disgrace to customer service. I have no clue how you have customers still when you get no where and wait on the phone for 3 hours just to get no where!!!! Your customers are at the mercy of these customer service reps who have not been properly trained to do their job effectively which leads to a lot of angry customers! I have been lied to repeatedly, hung up on, transfered more times than I can count, and probably on hold a total of at least 15 hrs within this two week period of me trying to get answers!!
You need to look into your company a little more. 2 weeks later and I still have no answers and no one will let me talk to a manager or someone who is higher than them!! This is not the way I would ever want a business that I owned to be ran or known for!
