I am writing this as I find myself in quite a dilemma.
My family are due to fly tomorrow to Ireland to celebrate my fathers 90th Birthday.
However my 3 1/2 year old daughters new passport is being processed by the Irish embassy and may not be available on time. Her passport has just run out today.
I understand your policies on provision of documentation (as I have travelled on numerous occasions with your company over the years), however I was wondering if there were any concessions you could make in this instance.
Can you help please?
