I just want to say how amazed I am with Ryanair and to say thank you for helping me when I was taken Ill just as I was about to board a flight from Malta to Stansted last Thursday.
I know that people love to complain about Ryanair but it is generally their fault for not complying with the terms and conditions to fly with you and I do not have the time for them.
I cannot thank you all enough for re-booking our flights so that we could get home on the Saturday - we didnt know what to do first and then we received a call from Fiona who took care of everything for us. She was actually very enterprising in finding our telephone number as we had booked through Mercury travel and she did not have our mobile number. Somehow she discovered that we had follow on flights from Stansted which we had booked and found our telephone number there. (her number was 0871 246 0003).
I really cannot begin to tell you how much it meant to us to know that Ryanair cares about its customers.
