Hello-
I am very upset, because on 4 separate occasions, I have spoke with DTE customer service regarding my bill and the fact that I DO NOT BELONG TO THE HOME PROTECTION PROGRAM! I have been telling DTE and the Home Protection Department since Oct 2016, I live in an apartment, there is no need for it. First, they signed me up without my consent, then they did not give me a credit to the amount I paid as promised in Nov until today, but they still have home protection on my bill as if they are charging me. What will it take to get through to someone at DTE to tell them to STOP charging me for this service that I was promised 4 times was taken care of, and never has.
