Mrs Valerie Kerr sent a message to Michael OLeary - CEO, Ryanair - Email Address that said:
Hi, we travelled with your airline last July to Lisbon from Dublin, on return my luggage was lossed. I have submitted my claim which I am still waiting on, I sent in all my receipts for what was in the suitcase and to this day I have heard nothing. I am so disappointed that your loyal Irish customer is treated in this way, It has caused me much stress all I want is somebody to ring me or send me an email explaining what is happening.
