hi my name is gary i have been with directv for 20 years i still run the old systems one of my recievers blew up and i needed a replacement but you dont carry them anymore so i needed to up grade my recievers because i also have some other old recievers that the rid numbers are no longer good i needed 3recivers and 2 minis as i need it for my mobile camper and summer camp to be able to take with me placed an order installer came late then the ground was frozen and couldnt put up a post now tech said everything was free 3 recievers and 2 minisnow they have changed there mind and i am only allowed 3 after 20years this is how you get treated or close your account and open it in your wifes name to get all the rates and new fees thank you for your time even though no response will come thank you again gary bubis
