Hello Mr. Bertolini, i have been having issues with your company as of late. i am on 30mg of prevacid twice daily and for some reason it is not being cleared from your company. i have spoken to numerous people from aetna and can not get a clear response on why this is happening after being on the same dose for 10+years. i received no forewarning this would be an issue until i went for refill. if you have some spare time could you look into this please,it has been very stressful.Thank You for Your Time,Frank S.
