Dear Mr. Ergen,
We Dish folks received last month a signed letter by you an info package regarding programming changes which have resulted in the increase of the programming packages. I have no problem with the increase. However, what concerns me the most is how the program packages are setup. As you know special package prices are offered to potential new customers at reduced prices for a two year or three year guaranteed price for all the Dish packages. Unfortunately, this does not apply to those customers who have been continuously loyal to Dish. In fact, I have been a customer since the C-Band 10 Dish days. Wow! I am dating myself. 🙂
I presently have the Smart Package, Account Number: I am very interested in up grading to the Top120 Plus, however, with the recent price increase, the monthly price has become a wee bit out of reach. Please consider offering the same option as Dish does to a new customer, a two or three year TV price guarantee. Us old loyal guys feel we should be treated as good as the new Dish customer. :). Thanks so much for your consideration.
