Would like to say that my name is sachin kumar my wife downloaded your company app taken the free user account. She started using your company app she found it really useful. She recharge the account by 1000 then your company called for the some paid plans. So my wife agreed on the plan of 5000 finally end up taking the plan of 9000 (which exactly cost 9315). Now the marketing manager not responding to our call, his unit manager respond but no action taken till now. PLease let me know to whom should i complain or I should take action on my own
