I am an avid shopper at GameStop but after this past holiday season, I am very upset with what I got from Gamestop. I ordered a lot online and then I also bought a lot in the store. I made a purchase online that I never recieved but I did get my money back. Now I have three games that I bough my son for his Wii U and they do not work BECAUSE they are all scratched. They have not worked since day one. I sent an email to the company so I could return them and I was never contacted by anyone!! All I want is my money back or for them to replace these games with working games!!
