I booked a flight through cheap tickets for my daughter Mariah Taylor traveling 02/22/17. My wife booked it and the charge was $393.20. My daughter is 12years old, so I thought to call and make sure everything was ok. I spoke with a jet blue rep and she stated no unaccompanied fee was charge and there would be a additional charge of $100. I told her what my ticket cost and she could not believe it, stating she seen the price of $173.20 and with the additional fee it would have been $273.00. Thats got to be illegal. How can the add that much to the cost. Second as per your rep, they should of never been able to book a child fair with out paying the additional cost. I called cheap tickets and cant believe the customer service I received from them. This has been the biggest disaster in the my life. The fee was never advised to me at booking, the flight should not of been book with out knowledge. Cheap tickets inflated the price by 200%. I sure I wont receive a response or if I do it will be automated. I feel like you guys stole from me and you should be ashamed of yourself, your the captain of the ship! (561)449-4451
