My name is Yelena, and I live in USA.
We like Toyota cars and had many of them. But now I would like to share with you some issues with Toyota financial department. In 2013 my son leased Corolla and also we purchased EWU. He got into a car accident back in 2014 and car was fixed by one of the body shop. We returned that car in good possession but to another dealer. Toyota sold this car. After it they sent us report saying that repair was done not properly and they had to re-fix it again and we have to pay for it. I spoke to my mechanic and he wants to look at the car and if anything is wrong just fix it and I as a customer was not agree with report and asked them to show me a car to inspect, but car is no longer exist. Now Toyota sent balance to collection agency. So I would like you to review this information and get back to me and may be you the only one who can resolve this issues. This is the only one chance I have and I feel sorry that have to make you involved.
