Allan White sent a message to William H. Rogers, Jr. CEO, SunTrust Banks, Inc. - email address that said:
I am having new debit cards sent to me and was asked some security questions in order for Suntrust to overnight them to me. They asked me if I worked for Lin Rogers Electric? Yes, I do. She said I failed that question. I DO work for Lin Rogers Electric. They asked if I worked in these professional professions and then began to say all these medical professions. I said no because I am in engineering. They then asked if I ever worked at Casco and I replied yes because I have. I was the President of Casco Georgia LLC once upon a time. She said I failed all these questions. This is disturbing to me because I answered truthfully!! How in the world can they say I am wrong? Look it up!! Nevertheless, to tell me that I failed these security questions when they are indeed correct and then to not overnight my debit cards because of it is even more disturbing. I will be looking for a different bank. Something is wrong with that system of verification.
