Dear Mr. Rutledge:
We have been times warner cable customers since they were in existence. My husband is retired and I am getting ready to retire so we are on a partial fixed income. I only have cable tv in 2014 my cable bill was 42.08 then it went to 47.33 then it went to 60.02 2016 then 2017 feb 68.42 then I received my bill today with the spectrum logo and mymarch bill went up to 82.82. so in 3 years time my cable with no changes to what i recieve went from 42.08 to 82.82 and they told me that the 82.82 is a promotion. My dvd service was zero and dvr top box was 5.00 charge now combined it is 18.25 additional I have the start standard tv, in 2016 monthly charge was 42.99 now it is 50.99 plus additional charges for box and for dvr service plus taxes totalling 82.82. My husband is in his 70s and tv is most of what we do but this amounts to 22,82 more a month total than what we paid of 60.02 total to 82.82 total. I know companies have to make money but could you please look into this that is quite an increase we have been on time paying customers but every year we have to call and try to get a better price which is stressful for an old person and we get upset and nothing is accomplished. our account number is 10202-310530201-7001. Phone number 740-432-6988. I appreciate any help you can give us to reduce the cost of this bill, I could see it if we had internet and phone but we have starter tv standard tv . No other bells and whistles.
Thank you for your time
Dave and Debbie Williams
