this is the email written by a frustrated engineer from india(tamilnadu).i have been rejected by cognizant for 12 time.but i do not know do cognizant have well qualified engineer than me .i have a good project background even my classmate dont.what is the logic behind cognizant if we have a HR support as a background any one can bypass the interview.i know am not over qualified but my aim was to work at cognizant .even i have wrote amcat for getting into cognizant the same happened again my qualification is not playing major roll in cognizant.the only thing is we need a HR in background. with regard vinoth
