Good morning Mr. President,
I sent you email another day about issue with Toyota and I was hopping to receive reply. We still trying to fight for our rights as a customers. We are thinking to buy another car b/c our Camry is almost 7 years old and I wanted to buy Toyota SUV but because we have this issue that we cannot resolve, our decision is up in the air. I know that you are a busy man and probably have not done this in the past, but I want to ask you be so kind to help us with this situation, b/c I have no other options.
