I email regarding Hogans and the terrible lack of service from its online company.
Like many people I had perceived Hogans to be a brand of quality so I was surprised when a pair of sneakers bought on February 2nd started to loose their decorative beads one week from date of delivery, after wearing them twice.
Since then I have been trying to get a refund. I have been asked for photos of the shoes which I have sent . I have been asked to return them to Italy which I have done. They were received back by Hogans on February 23rd and I have heard nothing until I phoned Italy myself today. Then I was informed I would get an answer by the end of business today and still no answer. Terrible customer service, a shoe that lasts one week should be refunded in full with an apology .I can not believe that I am having to contact the CEO or his representative for a refund.
