I have waited on hold several times,for extremely long waits to talk to customer service, and have ended up not getting favorable results. Several of my doctors, that are in network, have been refused payments. They bill under their practice name instead of their own specific name and your company is refusing to pay them. They are covered and your representatives have found no way to help me resolve this. The doctors offices have even tried to call to resolve this but each call from them they are given a different story. One time they are told the Dr. Is covered and the next time told they are not. Customer service has given me the same run around. I am at my wits end dealing with your representatives and that is why I am appealing to you to help straighten this out. If a Dr. Is covered then they should be paid irreguardles of how they bill. I do pay a hefty amount of money each month to Anthem for my coverage and I am beginning to regret taking out insurance with your company.
