I would like to discuss a very very disturbing situation I am having with local reps. I called in a was promised a credit on my account 3 different times now from supervisors and am now being told by another rep they cant and wont help me and to deal with it. Unacceptable. I have just been thru a tragedy of being a victim of a armed home invasion any they beat me with the gun, tried shooting me and took all my money and valuables. So I am in a very bad situation with my finances as I am disabled and only get my SS. I was promised help from your staff and now being told they wont honor what they promised.
Please please help me get this resolved.
