On 3/3/2017 at 8:30 am I placed a grocery order at a Tacoma WA Safeway store with an expected delivery between 4:00 - 6:00 pm. The order never arrived. About 9:00 pm I received a call to tell me they were unable to deliver. My concern: If Safeway is going to offer a delivery service, they should be able to follow through. Or else, not offer this service at all. This is extremely poor customer service.
