Why isnt Harry and David making its numbers? I was working in Harry and Davids creative department and saw a lot of missed opportunities to improve emails, website and catalogs. Ive worked in direct mail as a creative director for over 35 years for BlueStem Brands, New Pig, Frontgate and more.
