I am very sorry to have to reach you but I am very upset and have not been able to resolve my issue with over 10 calls to your customer service office. As a legally blind, disabled person, I depend on eye drops for my glaucoma and aniridia, I have been trying to get eye drops for a month and everyday its a different story. My doctors office has sent in the authorization numerous times (and spoke to a Molina employee last week to make sure the correct information was being faxed). After a month I still do not have my eye drops, to speak to a supervisor is useless and I have been without my drops. This is a very serious matter as I can loose my vision without my medication, I have explained this to every member I have spoken to and nobody has been able to take care of my problem.
