Just for the record a vehicle can be for sale and not listed on websites – Jeffrey F Harrold email address

ronald morgan sent a message to Jeffrey F. Harrold - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Auto-Owners Insurance - Email Address that said:

Just for the record a vehicle can be for sale and not listed on websites! Just because an ad expired does not constitute “no longer” for sale! Needless to say I am disappointed in your decision and thankfully have the opportunity to cancel my policy before renewal.
I will opt for a company that will actually fulfill their obligations even if the victim is myself! Thank you for making me aware of the “short-comings” of your policy so that when I deal with another company,
I will know what to ask!
I do not believe you would have required a customer to provide proof of purchase or documentation as you required from me. They would not be subjected to that “BS” nor should they be!
My “ignorance” as to your policy restrictions is my fault, my continued business with your company would be as well and that I can assure will not happen! Business owners should not have to worry that they will not be treated fairly!
I chalk this up to experience but fortunately I will also “chalk It” up to each and every person I speak to in an effort to make them aware of the hazards of dealing with Auto-Owners Insurance!
I am grateful it was my own vehicle and not a customers, at least I do not have to apologize to them for my poor choice in Insurance coverage!
